As well as the good times in life, most of us experience challenging, life changing or traumatic events which can be difficult and painful. Counselling can provide a confidential, non-judgmental and safe space to explore the impact these experiences have upon us.


I understand that counselling isn’t always easy, sometimes it takes great courage to ask for support for our problems or to explore our inner selves and our relationships. By seeking extra support and understanding during the difficult patches of life we can initiate change and enhance our sense of wellbeing.


Based in South London and Kent, I offer short term counselling, longer term psychotherapy and highly focused single session therapy.

I work integratively utilizing therapeutic tools including CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and creative work as appropriate. There is a focus on psychodynamic therapy in longer term work.

I am also able to teach Mindfulness techniques to support the therapeutic process.


I am registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and I adhere to their code of ethics which can be found on their website
